include a copy with the firearm you are sending to DGR.

Please ship to us the
box that you wish to have your rifle returned in (such as a
CMP box, etc.).

Include any particular
instructions or copies of all emails sent regarding the work
you wish to have done. Also include your name, address,
night and day time phone numbers.

Please follow shipping
couriers rules, (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and instructions when
shipping firearms.

Always ship a firearm
with "signature required".

DGR does not pay for
original shipping or return shipping and the 3% credit card
fee when an item is returned to DGR.

Due
to fraud, DGR will now hold all merchandise or completed work
for 14 working days when paid for by money order or personal
checks. We hate having to do this,
but our bank has informed us that fraudulent money orders and
checks take that long to determine their validity.

Payment
Recommendations: DGR recommends and appreciates (not
required) at least half down payment on all of our Rebuild
Package Deals.

You
will be notified once your work has been completed and payment
is due at that time. DGR will legally take
possession of your firearm if full payment has not been
received within thirty (30) days of notification that your
work has been completed.
No
Hassle Shipping To DGR!
If running to a USPS, UPS
or FedEx drop off center is a hassle, contact us we can
help. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label,
billed to your credit card. Print out the label we send
you by email, tape the label to the box and drop the box off at
any UPS center. If you wish to have UPS pick the
package up, UPS will charge extra for this service.
Usually the additional charge is $10 plus a fuel surcharge. (If you don't have email, we can still mail
you a label.) That simple! DGR will bill your credit
card the shipping cost and the handling fee.
